G.A.M.P.S Sports was founded in March of 2015 by Alex Gibson III, with the goal to combine his marketing expertise and passion for sports in order to assist athletes with promoting themselves, brands, and foundations to impact urban communities. Mr. Gibson grew-up in Detroit with a passion for sports, he played P.A.L Football throughout elementary and middle school, was a varsity letter football player at Southeastern High School (Detroit, MI) and enjoyed playing basketball with friends in his local neighborhood. His passion for collecting sports memorabilia began at the age of 10, gathering up sports cards for various professional football players to sign during the Annual Reggie MacKenzie Youth Football clinic (Highland Park, MI). Mr. Gibson is still a vivid sports collector today, with an agenda to bring a wide variety of sports athlete products including autographed memorabilia, game used and framed memorabilia to customers at competitive prices in the industry. With a low overhead, Gamps Sports have the unique opportunity to offer customers many products at a lower price than many competitors. Alex Gibson has worked with some of the leading Sports Marketing companies and athletes to bring a vast array of items to his customer base.

Alex Gibson III is a Graduate of Eastern Michigan University where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Business degree in Marketing. He is our driving force for all projects and brings a vast knowledge of online, direct, and strategic marketing. Mr. Gibson has provided services to a variety of Small Minority Owned businesses that has generated over millions of dollar in sales. He keeps the team focused on projects with his high level of strategic planning as well as in-depth actionable analytics. This invaluable information helps steer on clients in the best direction for a successful marketing campaign.
